Booking with us means that you agree with the following terms & conditions. 1. Rates are inclusive of all materials, supplies, equipment use, and labor fees. 2. Extension fee of Php250 per cleaner per hour may be charged shall the job take more than the booked hours. 3. Minimal transportation fee may be charged depending on your location. 4. Client shall provide normal access to water and electricity for the completion of work. 5. Work permits, if needed, shall be filed by the client PRIOR to the appointment. 6. Extensions due to prolonged waiting time and/or filing of permits will be charged accordingly. 7. Clearing rounds after the service will be done with the client to ensure that required works are rendered. 8. Any loss, damage or breakage shall be reported immediately (before the team leave the site) to the supervisor on site or directly to the office. 9. Post-construction cleaning is accepted only when construction is 100% done. Strictly no more dirty works at any time during the day of the cleaning. 10. No cancellations. Client may rebook or change appointment for up to six (6) hours before the original schedule. 11. Cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the total bill shall be charged for last-minute cancellations and rebookings. 12. Lemon Cleaners will not be liable for any marks or stains caused by permanent discoloration, damage, or decay. 13. Lemon Cleaners has the right to refuse jobs for safety and security reasons, or if any of the above is not met.
