Booking with us means you agree with the following terms. Please read carefully and be guided accordingly. ♡
  1. (Payment) Full payment is required upon completion of work – may be in cash, GCASH, BDO or BPI Bank Deposit. Checks are accepted from corporate clients only and shall be payable to JBC GENERAL HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES. See below for our payment options.
  2. Rates are inclusive of all materials, supplies and equipment use.
  3. Client shall provide normal access to water and electricity for the completion of work.
  4. Cleaners are given 30-min lunch break and/or 30-min snack break on top of the serviced hours.
  5. Work permits, if needed, shall be filed by the client PRIOR to the appointment.
  6. Extensions due to prolonged waiting time and/or filing of permits will be charged accordingly.
  7. Clearing rounds will be done with the client to ensure that all required works are rendered.
  8. Any loss, damage, or breakage shall be reported immediately (before the team leaves the property) to the supervisor on site or directly to the office.
  9. Post-construction cleaning is allowed only when construction is 100% done (strictly no more dirty works at any time during the day of the cleaning).
  10. Lemon Cleaners will not be liable for marks and stains caused by permanent discoloration, damage or decay.
  11. Lemon Cleaners has the right to refuse jobs for safety and security reasons, or if any of the above is not meant.

To make cleaning even MORE convenient for you, we now accept the following payment options:
  • You may hand the payment directly to the assigned cleaner/s. 
  • Please pay EXACT amount. Due to time constraints, we cannot guarantee that the cleaner/s will be able to have your bill changed at any nearby facility.
  • In the case that the cleaner has no or insufficient spare money, your change will ONLY be given through GCASH or BDO Bank Transfer. You may also opt to have it credited under your name for your next booking.
